Here's the most solid BiP necro I have used. Works best with a high dmg party with a healer. Not much dmg, but superb support, little energy problems, and with proper timing you can maintain your own health and still Bip several teammates. There are several other builds I can share with you that are higher in dmg. If you like, send me a pm.

16 Blood
11 Soul Reaping
8 Healing

Bip{E}
Blood Renewal
Demonic Flesh
Life Siphon
Strip Enchant
Mark of Subversion
Infuse Health
Ressurect

With Demonic Flesh, you should have close to 700 Hitpoints if you use Health +30/Blood Magic +1 offhand item. When you cast blood renewal, even though you sacrafice 25%, you'll still have 525 hitpoints with +6 regen. Strip Enchant and Mark of Subversion help the party when theres an annoying healer. Feel free to Bip or Infuse an ally before blood renewal is about to end as it will negate the dmg.
